Entrepreneurship development and TOT training by CLBSL

Chhimek Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd has completed two phases of training for 75 branch managers of 75 branches under Bagmati, Gandaki and Lumbini provinces on entrepreneurship development and financial investment in asset clearing and terrorist activities.
       Mr. Cholaraj Sharma, the executive head of the financial institution, inaugurated the training, which was conducted from Baisakh 29th to Jeshta 3rd at Hotel Sarathi located in Dhulikhel, Kavre.
       In the program, the employees can make the members professional in the current situation and develop entrepreneurship, with the aim of benefiting both the members and the organization. Training was given in the training by covering things. The training was facilitated by Deepaknidhi Tiwari, the experienced training department head and deputy general manager, and Prem Kumar Nayju, Niranjan Aryal, Khemnidhi Pandey, information and technology department head, external trainers Rudra Parajuli and Girish Dahal, who have been working in this organization for a long time.
      During the closing of the program, Mr. Cholaraj Sharma, the Chief Executive Officer of the financial institution, appreciated the fact that the branch managers have been working round the clock and shouldering their responsibilities in the current situation. The program was attended by 85 people including trainers and participants.
