Completion of capacity building and unit management training

Chhimek Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd has completed capacity building and unit management training for 47 field employees of 47 branches under Bagmati, Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali, Sudurpaschim and Koshi provinces in two phases.

       Mr. Dipkanidhi Tiwari, the Deputy Executive Head of the Financial Institution and Head of the Training and Research Department, inaugurated the training which was conducted from 14th Baisakh to 19th at Hotel Mount Api located in Pokhara.

       In the program, discussing the problems and challenges faced by the employees during the operation, in the current situation, only if the members can be made professional, with the aim of benefiting both the members and the organization, the behavior of the employees with the members, conduct, service with a smile, how the members choose the business, how to make business plans , credit analysis, technology-friendly services, etc., were given in the training. The training was facilitated by Deepaknidhi Tiwari, the experienced head of the training department who has been working in this institution for a long time, Mr. Prem Kumar Nayju, Ramakrishna Pandey of the same department and Dinesh Timalsina of the Information and Technology Department.

      At the end of the program, the deputy executive head of the financial institution, Deepaknidhi Tiwari, praised the field staff for working tirelessly and shouldering their responsibilities in the current situation and expressed the hope that this training would be effective in making the members more diligent and disciplined in the future and winning everyone's hearts. The program was attended by 51 people including trainers and participants. It was found that there was enthusiastic participation among the participants to receive this kind of training.
