CLBSL conducted its 20th AGM in Makwanpur, Hetauda. The AGM has approved 27% bonus shares and 3% cash dividend from the paid-up capital for the fiscal year 2077/78 and elected Mr. Ram Chandra Joshi in the board of directors.
