Basic Goat Husbandry Training by Siudibar

The basic goat rearing training organized by Chhimek Laghubitta BIttitiya Sanstha Limited, branch office Siudibar was held in Bhujel Samaj Hall Siudibar Lamjung from 19th to 21st of Ashadh, 2080 with the active participation of 11 male parents and 15 female members.

The training was conducted to directly increase the income of poor and low-income members and make them self-reliant. Prakash Ghimire, branch manager, coordinated the training. The chief agricultural instructor was Nishan Shrestha and the guest instructor was Dr. Buddilal Tamang, Animal Health Service doctor of Sundarbazar Municipality. In this training, which lasted for 3 days, there was a comprehensive discussion on the management aspects of goat rearing. He also observed the cages to make cage management effective. Apart from this, information was also given about animal insurance and government service facilities. Prakash Ghimire, branch manager, said that the participants found the training useful and effective and expected similar skill training again.
