Rajbiraj, Saptari. A one-day Free Health Camp was successfully conducted at Shankar Secondary School, Rupnagar, Kanchanrup Municipality–12, Saptari, with enthusiastic participation from the local community.
The health camp was organized by Chhimek Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd., Kanchanrup Branch, with support from Om Polyclinic & Ortho Care Center Pvt. Ltd., Lahan, Siraha.
The camp provided free gynecological, general physician, and orthopedic consultations, along with necessary medicines. Organized with the objective of providing accessible healthcare services to poor and underprivileged families, the health camp benefited a total of 450 people.
A team of 15 healthcare professionals, including Dr. Ritesh Kumar Giri, Physician; Dr. Om Prakash Chaudhary, Orthopedic Specialist; Dr. Geeta Kumari Yadav, Gynecologist; Dr. Md. Ahmadullah Ansari, along with Anjana Mandal and other senior ANM, staff nurses, and pharmacists, provided medical consultations, health check-ups, and free medicines to the participants.
The initiative contributed to improving access to healthcare services and promoting the health and well-being of the local community, particularly among economically disadvantaged groups.
